Kris Holland is the owner of Black River Landscape Management Inc. He oversees every aspect of his company and has a hand in every job. He started working for himself in 2011 but has been in the landscaping business for over 15 years. Kris grew up working in a construction business, but found his passion for landscaping in his early 20’s. When he isn’t working (which is rare!), Kris is at home in Morris County with his wife, two daughters, and three dogs. He loves working out, supporting non-profit organizations, and Facebook. He is also a member of the Executives’ Association of New Jersey, Morris County Chamber of Commerce, and Bernards Township Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Business Development Manager
Demetri has been with Black River since 2016. Since being with the company, he has taken on numerous rolls with a focus on customer services and commercial sales. When he is not out in the field tending to our customers’ needs, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active.
Courtney Post is the office manager for Black River Landscape Management. She’s been working for us since 2016 and has progressed quickly taking on many tasks such as billing, scheduling, human resources, and all administrative work. When not in the office, Courtney loves to spend her time with her French Bulldog or at the gym.
Kristine started this spring with Black River Landscaping. She handles basic administrative duties, such as; customer service, phones/emails, making appointments, filing and data entry. Kristine also loves her 2 hound dogs.
Rob is new to Black River and a great addition. He has 35 years of experience as a commercial certified pesticide applicator and was instrumental in developing the Integrated Pest Management program and plant healthcare practices that are used today. He also brings a wealth of experience in commercial lighting, irrigation, and construction projects.
Yon is one of Black River Landscape’s hardscape foremen. He has worked for us for 2 years and has over 20 years of experience in the landscaping field.
Mike started with Black River Landscape Management this past winter. He has quickly exceeded expectations.
Since the day that Alexis has been born, she has been an immediate member of Black River Landscape Management. Her creativity, compassion, drive and determination will take Black River to the next step. She is eager to follow in her father’s footsteps once she has learned the ropes of the industry. Currently Alexis has been shadowing her father and other staff members in efforts of providing motivation and insight.
Chris is a utility player in all forms of industries. He is extremely dynamic and a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits of a finalized project. His procedures and ethics have cut costs, time, and created a streamlined work flow that follows suit with top industry leading companies. Chris is blessed with “family first” attitude and likes to develop that structure with colleagues and clients as well as providing top of the line, end to end service to all.
